A: Certainly! We provide free pickup and delivery for off-site service for reasons such as: limitations to on-site service repairs, unavailablity of high speed internet connection, or to accomodate your schedule better.
Q: Do you service laptops/notebooks? A: Absolutely! We service most brands with some limitations to replacement parts.
Q: Do you service Apple or Macintosh computers? A: Yes and No. We can address software and networking issues, and hardware repairs are limited.
Q: Why do I sometimes receive calls from you through a relay service? A: This business is owned and operated by hearing impaired people, and thus utilize special answering and video relay services to faciliate accurate communication and support to our customers. We thank you in advance for your patience with these services!
Q: What are your technician's qualifications? A: Our technician is an A+ Certified Professional with over 30 years experience and 13 years in the computer service industry.
Q: What guarantees/warranties do you give for your services and parts? A: All services are guaranteed 90 days from the date performed. All parts (not including software) purchased are warranted for 30 days from the date installed. Manufacturer warranties, if any, may be applied after the 30 days. Customer is responsible for any shipping charges and labor after the 90 day period.
